Penthouse Suggestions:
Fun furniture, more events held there, vending machine, FANS (gets hot up there), Air freshener (kind of stinks), Quiet times just for studying(sometimes noisy), heating and A/C that works better than the current system, a nicer fridge!, A cafe, post a schedule on the floors so student know when it's available, artistic decor only if it's tasteful, not regina lounge style - eww neon green, look into changing their decor
computer/printer would be nice because the only place close to print is Regina and those are always broken, a tv would be nice at times, but it could affect some people studying so I don't think it would be a necessity.
